A new opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced Angiography Registered Nurse to work within a busy Cardiac Cath Lab at a private hospital in Adelaide. This full-time role operates on a 24-hour on-call roster and requires flexibility to work varied hours from Monday to Saturday. ABOUT THE POSITION As the Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Delivering evidence-based nursing care to provide exceptional patient experiences; Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including cardiac surgeons, nurses, technicians, and radiographers; Ensuring patient and staff safety through strict compliance with protocols; Providing patient education and post-procedural recovery support; Utilising industry-leading technology, including MacLab systems, and adapting to advancements; Maintaining accurate records and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. REQUIREMENTS Current AHPRA Registration; Current ALS-1 Certificate; Provides leadership within a team with a 'can-do' attitude; Passion for delivering exceptional patient care in an empathetic manner; Attention to detail and effective record management; Anaesthetic nursing skill desirable, but not essential; Ability to use initiative, multi-task and practice good problem-solving skills; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Confidence in scrub/scout/monitor (Maclab system); Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance.
